Hello, I’m Jennifer Delashmutt.

I’m an Education Consultant with Novak Education and Co-founder of VSI Collaborative.

Many of our schools have Strategic Plans and Action Plans supporting initiatives that align with the Mission, Vision and Core Values. The successful implementation and sustainability of these initiatives is anchored in systems. As school leaders, we are responsible for the continuous improvement of our programs and practices so that we can have a positive impact on student growth, learning and wellbeing.

We are also responsible for the day-to-day operations of our schools. I partner with school leaders to manage these project initiatives and do the heavy lifting so the visioning, planning, training, communication, involvement of stakeholders and data collection are all part of the implementation as a schoolwide system.
